摘　　要：当今,我国铁路运输业作为国民经济的基础产业,在交通运输体系中占主导地位。仓储管理作为铁路运输业的后勤保障,作用至关重要。然而,对于仓储管理却少有人重视,尤其是仓储成本管理。文中首先介绍SH铁路公司仓储管理存在的主要问题,并对其进行分析,然后针对问题,提出有效的仓储成本控制对策。Nowadays,China s railway transportation is the basic of the national economy,and as the dominant position in the ransportation system.Storage management,as logistic service of the railway transportation,is very important.However,few people pay attention to storage management,especially storage cost management.This paper first introduces the main problems in the storage of SH railway company,and analyzes it.Then,in view of the problem,put forward the effective countermeasures of the warehouse cost control.
