摘 要:分析SH系矮化自根砧的耐旱性,可以为其推广与利用提供参考。利用盆栽试验,以2 a生的SH6和SH40矮化自根砧苗为试材,以扦插繁殖的2 a生八棱海棠为对照,在持续控水条件下对2种SH系矮化自根砧苗的旱害发生情况、叶片相对含水量和生长量进行了比较,并对其耐旱性进行了评价。结果表明:SH系矮化自根砧各级旱害出现的时间晚于八棱海棠,其中,SH40自根砧苗除2级旱害症状出现的时间与SH6自根砧苗相同外,其他级别旱害症状出现的时间均晚于SH6自根砧苗;旱害指数以SH40自根砧苗最低,八棱海棠最高;复水后的成活率以SH40自根砧苗最高,八棱海棠最低;随着控水时间的延长,不同砧木苗的叶片相对含水量均明显下降且幅度呈增加趋势,控水结束时,SH40自根砧苗降幅最小、指标值最大,八棱海棠的降幅最大、指标值最小;持续控水30 d后,SH40自根砧苗的株高和干径相对生长量均最大,八棱海棠的指标值均为最小。综合分析认为,SH系矮化自根砧的耐旱性优于八棱海棠,其中,SH40自根砧的耐旱性优于SH6自根砧。Using 2 years old self-rooted dwarfing SH stocks(SH40 and SH6)as materials,and using 2 years old Malus robusta which was propagated from cuttings as the control,the potted experiments under the condition of continuous water control were used to survey the drought injury symptoms,relative water content of leaf(LRWC)and growth of trees.The drought tolerance of the two stocks was evaluated.The results showed that drought injury symptoms of SH40 and SH6 appeared later than that of M.robusta.SH40 appeared drought injury of grade 2 at the same time with SH6 while it appeared drought injury later at the other grades.The drought index and of SH40 was the lowest and that of M.robusta was the highest.The survival rate of SH40 was the highest and that of M.robusta was the lowest after watering.As water control time went on,the LWRC of different stocks declined obviously and the decreasing amplitude increased.At the end of water control,the LWRC of SH40 was the highest with a smallest decreasing amplitude,while that of M.robusta was the lowest with a biggest decreasing amplitude.The relative growth of plant height and stem diameter of SH40 was largest and that of M.robusta was the smallest thirty days after water control.Overall,self-rooted dwarfing SH stocks had stronger drought tolerance than M.robusta,and the drought tolerance of SH40 was stronger than that of SH6.
