摘  要:明确酵母浸膏液对茄子品质的影响,可以为其在茄子栽培中的应用提供依据。以长茄品种京茄黑龙王为试材,采用露地栽培,在茄子幼苗期、开花期和结果期定期喷施酵母浸膏液,酵母浸膏液浓度设0.0(CK)、1.0、2.5和5.0 g/L计4个处理,研究不同浓度处理对茄子幼苗株高和果实品质指标的影响,并采用隶属函数法通过多项指标对茄子品质进行综合评价,以筛选最佳的酵母浸膏液施用浓度。结果表明:喷施酵母浸膏液能够明显促进幼苗株高生长,且效果随着酵母浸膏液施用浓度的增加而显著提高;有利于提高果实的可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸、Vc、花青素(果皮)和干物质含量,不利于可溶性糖含量的增加,亚硝酸盐含量合格。采用隶属函数法进行的综合评价结果显示,喷施浓度5.0 mg/L的酵母浸膏液对提高茄子品质效果最好。Aimed to identify the effect of yeast extract on the quality of eggplant could provide the basis for the application in eggplant cultivation.Using the field cultivated long eggplant variety Jingqieheilongwang as the material,the yeast extract was sprayed in seedling,flowering and fruiting stages.The effects of different concentrations of yeast extract on the plant height and fruit quality indexes of eggplant were stuedied.And the quality of eggplant was evaluated by the membership function method to screen the optimum concentration of yeast extract.The results showed that the yeast extract could increase the plant height,and the plant height increased significantly with the increasing of the concentration of yeast extract.The application of yeast extract could improve the contents of soluble protein,free amino acid,Vc,dry matter and anthocyanin contents in the peel of eggplants.But it was not conducive to the increase of soluble sugar content.And the content of nitrite was qualified.Based on the evaluation results by the membership function method,the best concentration of yeast extract liquid was 0.5 g/mL.
