摘 要:为明确河北省现有豇豆种质资源的遗传多样性及其亲缘关系,提升育种效率,以河北省120份豇豆种质资源为试材,对其13个表型性状的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明:质量性状中粒色的遗传多样性指数最大,数量性状中株高的遗传多样性指数最大。不同材料间表型性状变异系数存在较大差别,其中,株高、荚长和单株荚数的变异系数较大,均超过了30%,具有较高的遗传力。通过聚类分析,在欧式距离为5.5时可将120份豇豆种质资源划分为4大类群,为豇豆品种选育提供了科学依据。To reveal the genetic diversity and relationship of cowpea(Vigna unguiculata)germplasm resources,the genetic diversity of 120 accessions of cowpea in Hebei Province was studied using 13 morphological traits.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of fresh grain color and plant high was the highest in quality traits and quantitative traits,respectively.There was a great difference among the variation coefficients of differ原ent cowpea resources,and the variation coefficient of plant high,pod length and pods per plant exceeded 30%.By cluster analysis,when the Euclidean distance was 5.5,the 120 cowpea germplasm resources were classified into 4 categories,which could provide a scientific basis for cowpea variety breeding.
