地市金融集聚与经济增长耦合协调研究——以黑龙江省为例  

Study on Coupling Coordination Between Financial Agglomeration and Economic Growth in Prefecture-level Cities——A Case on Heilongjiang Province

摘　　要：通过理论分析金融集聚与经济增长相互影响,构建金融集聚与经济增长综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型,实证分析"十二五"期间黑龙江省各地市金融集聚与经济增长耦合协调性。结果表明,该时期黑龙江省各地市金融集聚与经济增长均达高度耦合状态,金融集聚与经济增长互动频繁;但耦合协调状态不理想,其中哈尔滨、牡丹江和大庆市处于中级协调以上,绥化市处于轻度失调,其余地市多处于勉强协调或初级协调状态;且在相对发展程度上,除大庆和绥化市属于金融集聚滞后型外,其余地市均属于经济增长滞后型。根据黑龙江省各地市所处滞后类型,提出促进金融集聚与经济增长协同发展对策建议。Through the theoretical analysis of the mutual influence of financial agglomeration and economic growth,the comprehensive evaluation index systems of financial agglomeration and economic growth were constructed,and a coupling coordination model was used to empirically analyze the coupling coordination between financial agglomeration and economic growth in prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.The results showed that financial agglomeration and economic growth were highly coupled,and the interaction between financial agglomeration and economic growth was frequent during this period.However,the state of coupling coordination was not ideal,among which Harbin,Mudanjiang,and Daqing Cities were in intermediate coordination or above,Suihua City was in mild disorders,and the rest of prefecture-level cities were mostly in the state of barely coordination or primary coordination.And in terms of relative development,except for Daqing and Suihua Cities which belonged to the financial agglomeration lag type,the remaining prefecture-level cities mostly belonged to the economic growth lag type.According to the lag types of prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the coordinated development of financial agglomeration and economic growth.
