52例孢子丝菌病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的分析

摘　　要：目的通过检测孢子丝菌病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群,探讨孢子丝菌病的感染患者的免疫状态。方法采用四色荧光标记流式细胞仪,对52例孢子丝菌病患者和40例健康对照组外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果孢子丝菌病患者组外周CD8^+T细胞百分比高于对照组,CD4^+T细胞百分比低于对照组,CD4^+T细胞/CD8^+T细胞的比值低于对照组,差别有统计学意义。结论孢子丝菌病患者的T细胞亚群存在异常,细胞免疫水平低下。Objective In order to investigate the immune status of the patients with spore filariasis by examining the lymphocyte subgroup of the peripheral blood lymphocyte.Methods Four-color fluorescence marker fluid cell device was used to test 52 patients with spores and 40 healthy controls of peripheral blood lymphocyte subgroups.Results Spore silk group have higher peripheral CD8+T cell percentage and lower CD4+T cell percentage compared to the control group.CD4+/CD8+T cells of T cell ratio was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion T cell subgroups of the patients with spore filosis are abnormal and the cellular immunological level is low.
