妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗儿童湿疹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗儿童湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法共入组80例轻中度湿疹患儿,均采用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏外用治疗,使用2次/d,连续使用21 d,分别于治疗前及治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d进行湿疹面积及严重度评分。结果经治疗后,患儿皮损改良EASI评分总分值TSS与未使用时相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终纳入评估的77例患儿中,21 d后痊愈67例(87.01%),显效5例(6.49%),好转3例(3.90%),总有效率97.40%,治疗过程中患儿未见明显不良反应。结论妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏对于儿童湿疹有良好的治疗效果,且安全性较好。Objective In order to evaluate the efficiency and safety of tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment in treating child eczema.Methods Eighty children with mild-to-moderate eczema applied tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment topical treatment,twice daily for 21 consecutive days.The efficacy was determined by eczema area and severity score before and after 7,14,21 days of treatment.Results At the end of the 21 days study,eczema area and severity index score was significantly improved compared with baseline(P<0.05).Among total 77 children who completed the study,67 children(87.01%)were cured,five children(6.49%)were remarkably effective,and three children(6.49%)were effective.No obvious side effects were observed.Conclusion Tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment is an effective and safe treatment method for child eczema.
