我院三种平喘药物不合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解沙丁胺醇注射液、特布他林注射液和喘可治注射液在我院住院患者中的临床使用特点,并分析其用药合理性。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,统计我院2016年1–12月4400例住院患者对三种注射液的使用情况,按照给药途径、用药剂量等对其使用的合理性进行评价,并对沟通前后合理用药情况及6例ADR/ADE病例进行分析。结果:2016年1–6月和2016年7–12月三种平喘药物注射液给药途径不适宜分别为4057例和319例;用药剂量不适宜4059例和289例。通过监控和干预,三种平喘药物注射液的使用量由2016年1–6月的108 358支下降到2016年7–12月的6051支,总体下降了94.77%。6例导致ADR/ADE的给药途径均为雾化吸入,并且给予两种或三种药物混合雾化吸入。结论:对注射液用于雾化吸入不合理用药的干预不仅可以提高药物治疗的安全性、有效性和经济性,节省医保费用,同时也可以减少ADR/ADE发生。Objective:To investigate the clinical use of salbutamol injection,terbutaline injection and chuankezhi injection in our hospital.Methods:The retrospective study was carried out on 4400 cases who used three kinds of injections(salbutamol injection,terbutaline injection and chuankezhi injection)in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016.The rationality of drug use was evaluated in respect of the route of administration,the dosage and the selection of drugs,application of drugs before and after communication.And 6 cases of ADR/ADE were analyzed.Results:During January 2016 to June 2016 and during July 2016 to December 2016,numbers of cases with unsuitable route of administration were 4057 and 319 respectively.And numbers of case with unsuitable dose were 4059 and 289 respectively.After intervention,the amount of the three injections decreased from 108 358 during January 2016 to June 2016 to 6051 during July 2016 to December 2016 with a total decrease ratio of 94.77%.Six cases of ADR/ADE were inhaled two or three drugs at the same time.Conclusion:We could promote the rational drug use,reduce medical insurance and avoid ADR/ADE through the effective intervention.
