摘  要:以空气-水物系为介质在Φ400 mm的有机玻璃塔中分别测定了250DY型导向孔板波纹填料和传统250Y型孔板波纹填料的流体力学性能。实验结果表明:250DY型填料与250Y型填料相比,其干填料压降降低了40%,湿填料载点前压降降低了37%—42%,泛点气速提高了24%—33%;由于250DY型填料在结构方面的改进,使该填料在降低压降,增加通量方面具有明显的优势。此外,运用单纯形法对250DY型填料的流体力学实验数据进行关联,得到了压降和泛点气速的合适关联式,为该填料的工业应用计算提供了依据。The hydrodynamics performance of 250DY ripple packing and traditional 250Y ripple packing was measured in a 400 mm-diameter plexiglass column with an air-water system.The experimental results show that compared with 250Y packing,the dry pressure drop and wet pressure drop before loading velocity with 250DY packing are decreased by 40%and 37%-42%respectively,while the flooding velocity is increased by 24%-33%.250DY packing has an advantage both in decreasing pressure drop and increasing the capacity due to the improvement of structure.In addition,the pressure drop and the flooding velocity are correlated with the experimental data by using the simplex method,and empirical formulas of pressure drop and flooding velocity are obtained,which can provide the basis for the calculation of industrial application of 250DY packing.
