摘  要:将直接接触膜蒸馏的理念引入到换热器设计中,提出了一种适用于溴化锂吸收式制冷系统且既有传热又有传质作用的溶液热交换器。它结合了板式和框式换热器的特点,在内部设置环形挡板形成环形流道,起到扰流作用和加强换热。本文阐述了这种换热器的结构特点、工作原理和传热传质的理论分析。还考察了两流体逆流布置下,对膜换热器进行模型简化模拟分析,发现其换热效果比传统换热器好。The concept of direct contact membrane distillation is introduced into the design of heat exchangers.A solution heat exchanger with the function of heat and mass transfer which was used in lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system was designed.By installing annular baffles in the solution exchanger,an annular flow channel formed,which resulted in turbulentflow and heat transfer enhancement.The characteristics of structure,working principle and theoretical analysis for heat and mass transfer of this heat exchanger are expounded.Through the simplified model simulation analysis of the membrane heat exchanger under two fluid counter flow.It was found that the heat transfer performance of this solution exchanger is better than conventional heat exchanger.
