耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷对胃癌术后疼痛及胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷对胃癌术后疼痛及胃肠功能的影响。方法 96例胃癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷干预。观察2组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、排气时间,比较2组术后第5天疼痛改善情况,记录2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间和排气时间较对照组用时短(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛改善总有效率(89.58%)高于对照组(62.50%),术后不良反应发生率(6.25%)低于对照组(20.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷可有效改善胃癌术后患者的疼痛,促进胃肠功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point acupressure combined with acupoint application on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function of patients with surgical treatment for gastric cancer.Methods Totally 96 gastric cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.Both two groups received routine care,and the observation group was given auricular point acupressure combined with acupoint application.The time to bowel sound recovery,time to first defecation and intestinal exhaust were observed.The efficacy of pain relief was evaluated at 5 days after surgery,and the postoperative complications were recorded.Results Patients in the observation group had a earlier time to bowel sound recovery,time to first defecation and intestinal exhaust compared with patients of the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was higher than that of controls(89.58%vs.62.50%,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.25%in the observation group and was 20.83%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of auricular point acupressure combined with acupoint application is effective to relieve the postoperative pain degree and improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with surgical treatment for gastric cancer.
