人工髋关节置换术患者术后心理状态的质性研究

摘　　要：目的分析行髋关节置换术患者术后心理状态,以为改善临床护理提供有效依据。方法采用立意抽样法选取16例行双髋关节置换术的患者进行半结构式访谈,采用现象学分析法分析访谈资料。结果人工髋关节置换术患者术后的心理状态主要表现在4个方面:对术后护理信息匮乏,渴望专业指导、焦虑恐惧害怕髋关节脱位、睡眠剥夺、对回归家庭与社会过多期待。结论护理人员应对行双髋关节置换术的患者行针对性的健康宣教及专业的康复指导,让患者减轻焦虑,早日回归家庭和社会。Objective To investigate the postoperative psychological status of patients undergoing bilateral total hip arthroplasty.Methods A purposive sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 16 patients undergoing bilateral total hip arthroplasty.The data was analyzed by phenomenological analysis methods.Results The mental state of patients after hip arthroplasty was divided into 4 themes:lack of information of nursing,expectation of professional guidance,anxiety and fear of hip dislocation,sleep deprivation,expectation of returning to family and society.Conclusion It is required to provide health education about postoperative rehabilitation,in order to relieve anxiety level and promote recovery of social function in patients after total hip arthroplasty.
