摘　　要：回顾2015年7月—2017年6月392例行B超引导下经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术患者治疗期间的护理情况。护理人员应了解患者术前、术中及术后心理状况并加以疏导,术前指导患者掌握手术过程配合要求和注意事项;穿刺送导管过程中,指导患者配合医生;术后给予休息、饮食、穿刺部位敷料、引流管护理及并发症观察指导。To retrospectively analyze the nursing management of 392 patients who underwent percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage from July 2015 to June 2017.The psychological state of patients was evaluated preoperatively,intraoperatively and postoperatively.Patients were guided preoperatively to master the coordination requirements and considerations.In the process of catheterization,patients were instructed to cooperate with the doctor.After the operation,patients were given interventions on dietary,puncture spot dressing,drainage tube maintenance,postoperative complication.
