摘　　要：本研究回顾性了1例肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征系(SMAS)患者的临床资料,患者接受经皮内镜下胃/空肠造口术(PEG/J)双置管肠内营养支持治疗。除常规营养支持护理外,护理人员分析腹胀、便秘等并发症发生原因,实施针对性干预,加强PEG/J双置管的护理,确保肠内营养顺利实施。This paper reviewed the clinical data of one patient with superior mesenteric artery syndrome(SMAS).The patient received enteral nutrition by percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and jejunostomy(PEG/J).In addition to routing care during nutrition support,nursing interventions on abdominal distension and constipation and double PEG/J catheters had been carried out,in order to ensure safety of the patient during enteral nutrition.
