摘　　要：高血压病的管理是预防和控制心脑血管疾病的关键,而控制血压的一项重要措施是提高患者参与疾病自我管理能力。本文概述了高血压和自我管理相关的概念,对国内外高血压自我管理研究的现状做一综述,包括自我管理的方法、模式、描述性和干预性调查研究结果,以及自我管理量表编制的进展,为高血压自我管理研究推向更深更广的层面提供借鉴。Hypertension management is one of key issues to prevent and control cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and the efficacy of blood pressure control is associated with the self-management ability of patients.This article briefly summarized the concepts of hypertension and self-management.The overseas and domestic status quo of researches on self-management measures were reviewed,including the self-management methods and models,the findings of descriptive and interventional research and the progress of self-management evaluation scales.This article is aimed to provide references for research with a deeper and broader level in hypertension self-management.
