摘　　要：图书超期罚款一直是图书馆界争论的焦点之一。文章从合法性、额度、是否该取消、中外制度比较、惩罚办法等五个方面分析了图书超期罚款的研究情况。文章认为取消超期罚款是图书馆发展的趋势,制定替代超期罚款的方式要多样化,从硬件及人工两方面着手,从根本上消除图书超期的可能。The overdue fine of books has always been one of the focuses in the library circle.This paper analyzes the previous studies of overdue fines of books from five aspects:legality of overdue fines for books,the amount of overdue fines,overdue penalty cancellation,comparison of domestic and foreign systems,and disciplinary measures for overdue books.It is considered that the cancellation of overdue fines is a trend in the development of libraries.The ways to develop alternative overdue fines should be diversified.Give assistance in both hardware and manual work,the possibility of readers'overdue books will be eliminated.
