银质针治疗慢性软组织疼痛的作用机制和临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：慢性软组织疼痛是临床常见病、多发病,银质针治疗慢性软组织疼痛疗效显著。本文主要通过检索近五年相关文献,就银质针作用机制和临床应用展开综述。结果发现目前银质针作用机制方面的研究较为缺乏,而临床研究方面的文献报道虽然越来越多,但缺乏高质量的多中心、大样本量的随机对照研究。因此,有必要进一步加强银质针治疗慢性软组织疼痛的作用机制研究和高质量的临床应用随机对照研究,为其推广应用提供理论依据。Chronic soft tissue pain is a common and frequently occurring disease in the clinic,the effect of silver needle on chronic soft tissue pain is remarkable.In this paper,the mechanism and clinical application of silver needle were reviewed by searching relevant literatures for the last five years.The result indicates that the mechanism of silver needle is lack.Although there are more and more literature reports on clinical research,the high-quality randomized controlled study of multi center is lack.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the study on action mechanisms of silver needle in the treatment of chronic soft tissue pain and the randomized controlled study of high-quality clinical application,to provide a theoretical basis for its popularization and application.
