摘 要:目的:将自行研制的骨折手法复位实训模型应用在中医本科"中医骨伤科学"临床课程教学中,提高学生对骨伤科学关键技能的学习质量和动手能力。方法:中医学本科专业学生随机分成模型操作组、普通模型组、人体示范组,每组30人,先由教师在各组训练载体上进行桡骨远端伸直型骨折手法复位示范,学生在相应的载体上训练手法复位,然后进行专项理论考核和模拟复位实训考核,分别对理论、操作进行考核评分。结果:理论考核的成绩,模型操作组优于普通模型组及人体示范组(P<0.05);操作考核的成绩,模型操作组优于普通模型组及人体示范组(P<0.01)。结论:骨折手法复位实训模型在"中医骨伤科学"课程教学中的应用,提高了骨折手法的理论教学质量和学生该项技能的操作能力(对后者的效果更加突出),有良好的应用和推广价值。Object:Applied the fracture reduction training model to the Chinese medicine undergraduate’Osteology and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine’clinical course teaching.Improved students’learning quality and practical ability to key skills Orthopedic.Method:The third grade students of Chinese undergraduate students were randomly divided into model operation group,common model group,human body demonstration group,each group of 30 people.Firstly teachers show the distal radius fracture of the manual reduction demonstration in each group of training model,the students train manual reduction in the corresponding model,and then assessment and rating,respectively,on the special theory and operational.Result:The results of the theoretical assessment,the model operation group is superior to the common model group and the human body demonstration group(P<0.05).The results of the Ope-rational assessment,the operation group is superior to the common model group and the human body demonstration group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of fractures reduction training model in the teaching of Osteology and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine’has improved the theoretical teaching quality of fracture reduction and the ability of students to operate(the effect of the latter is more obvious),and has a good application,which promote value.
