摘  要:本科生导师承担着高校思想政治教育重任,但存在本科导师的融入意识淡薄、专业性不强,融入路径单一、连续性不高,融入管理缺失、规范性不足等问题。需拓宽协同育人思路,激发内生动力,增强协同育人意识和本领;增强过程连续,拓展协同育人方式和路径;完善保障机制,优化协同育人资源和环境。Undergraduate tutors have important roles to play in students'ideological and political education.However,they typically lack initiative and expertise and their involvement is usually mechanical and discontinuous.Colleges and universities also fail to set good standards and carry out effective management in this respect.Efforts must be made to expand ideas of cooperative education and to increase undergraduate tutors'awareness of their big role in ideological and political education,bring out their inner drive and urge them to do the job in a continuous and creative way.Colleges and universities should also work hard to create sound supporting mechanism and make optimum use of the resources and the environment.
