英国大学生事务管理及启示——以雷丁大学为例

摘　　要：英国高等教育有着深远的历史,大学普遍拥有充分的自主权,非常重视教学质量和学生的满意度。大学生事务在"人本"、"法治"和"成人"理念的支撑下机构设置科学、运行机制高效,制度安排有序,师生互动频繁。其中人性化的一站式服务、贴心的个人导师制、边界清楚的规范制度、高度的学生自治等做法对我国高校学生工作的理念更新、制度规范建设和学生工作团队的能力提升都具有较强的启示作用。England has a long history of higher education.British universities generally enjoy adequate autonomy.They attach great importance to the quality of education and students'satisfaction.As far as student affairs management is concerned,the universities adhere to the principles of being human-oriented,ruled by law and oriented towards students'overall growth and have scientific institutions,highly efficient operation mechanisms,well-aligned systems and frequent teacher-student interactions.Their convenient one-stop service,considerate tutorial system,clear-cut norms and standards and their high-degree student autonomy provide valuable references for the universities in China who need to update their ideas,standardize their systems and uplift the ability of student managers.
