大数据时代大学生榜样教育创新研究

摘　　要：榜样教育作为大学生思想政治教育的重要实施方法,应辩证吸收大数据的整体性、复杂性和动态性思维,创造性地运用大数据的信息相关法、定位法和目标甄选法,实现榜样人物的选取科学化;运用大数据的追踪、隐匿和分割等信息传播技术,实现榜样故事的推送智能化;运用大数据信息处理技术,搭建榜样教育数据库,加强预测与研判,净化榜样教育环境,提升大学生榜样教育的实效性。Example Education is an important approach to ideological and political education for college students.Colleges and universities should draw dialectical lessons from the wholeness,the complexity and the dynamic nature of Big Data,making creative use of its approach to correlation analysis of information and its target positioning and screening methods to achieve scientific selection of role models,using its information communication technologies including the tracking,the hiding and the fragmenting of data to achieve smart push of example stories and using its information processing technology to build a database of role models,improve prediction and judgement and purify the environment for Example Education.
