交通致颅脑外伤的院前急救进展

摘　　要：颅脑外伤是一种较为常见的外科损伤类型,主要的受伤原因是交通事故等意外事故造成的伤害。颅脑外伤患者通常具有伤情复杂、进展快速、并发症多等特点,如果不能进行及时的治疗和护理,会对患者的身体健康和生存质量造成严重损害,甚至导致患者致残或死亡。在颅脑外伤的治疗当中,院前急救是一个十分重要的步骤。在患者受伤后,如果能够第一时间进行院前急救,对出血等情况进行控制,延缓伤情的进展,有效降低患者颅内压,能够提高患者的生存率,具有重要的临床意义。基于此,本文对交通致颅脑外伤的院前急救进展进行综述。Traumatic brain injury is a common type of surgical injury,the main cause of injury is traffic accidents and other accidents caused by injury.In patients with craniocerebral trauma usually has the characteristics of complicated injuries and rapid progress,more complications,if not timely treatment and care,will cause serious harm to the health and quality of life of patients,and even lead to disability or death.The first aid is a very important step in the treatment of traumatic brain injury.In patients after the injury,if first aid will be the first time pre hospital,control of hemorrhage,delayed injury progress,reduce intracranial pressure,can improve the survival rate of the patients,has important clinical significance.Based on this,this paper makes a research on the progress of pre hospital emergency treatment.
