摘 要:回转窑是水泥熟料生产中的重要煅烧设备。在生产过程中,需要通过对回转窑的表面温度进行测量来监测窑体内部的生产状态。传统方法使用单波段红外测温对回转窑的表面温度进行监测,但是这种方法的测温精度不高,无法获取准确的测温数据。为了提高回转窑表面测温精度,提出了一种红外双波段测温方法。首先对传统的回转窑测温方法进行了理论分析,包括影响测温的几种主要因素;然后介绍了双波段测温原理,并推导出了基于回转窑的双波段测温模型;最后对其进行了实验验证。结果表明,与传统的单波段测温方法相比,本文方法在温度测量方面具有更高的精度。Rotary kilns are important calcining equipment in cement clinker production.In the production process of cement clinker,the surface temperature of a rotary kiln should be measured so as to monitor the internal production state of the kiln.Traditional methods usually use single-band infrared temperature measurement technology to monitor the surface temperature of rotary kilns.However,their temperature measurement accuracy are not high enough to obtain accurate temperature measurement data.To improve the measurement accuracy of surface temperature of a rotary kiln,a dual-band infrared temperature measurement method is proposed.First,the traditional rotary kiln temperature measurement method and several main factors which affect temperature measurement are analyzed theoretically.Then,the principle of dual-band temperature measurement is presented and a dual-band temperature measurement model based on the rotary kiln is deduced.Finally,the model is verified experimentally.The experimental result shows that this dual-band infrared temperature measurement method has higher temperature measurement accuracy compared with the traditional single-band temperature measurement method in temperature measurement.
