摘 要:以磨细循环硫化床脱硫渣作为掺合料等量取代30%水泥,配制自密实混凝土,采用3种不同养护方式进行养护后,对比了其抗压强度,XRD、SEM分析结果。结果表明:与基准自密实混凝土相比,不同龄期循环硫化床脱硫渣自密实混凝土抗压强度均有所下降,下降幅度与养护方式有关;蒸汽养护能有效提高循环硫化床脱硫渣自密实混凝土的早期强度,而对后期强度增长不利。XRD表明,蒸汽养护能够加快Ca(OH)2的反应速度,密封养护对于硬石膏的溶解最有利。采用SEM观察不同养护方式下的水化产物,主要有C-S-H凝胶、Ca(OH)2、石膏、钙矾石和硬石膏。Self-compacting concrete(SCC)was prepared by using ground circulating fluidized bed(CFB)bottom ash(CFB-BA)as admixture to replace 30%amount of cement.It was cured in three different curing methods.Compressive strength.XRD and SEM of different curing methods were compared.The results show that,comparing with reference SCC,compressive strength values of SCC mixed with CFB-BA all decrease to some extent,the decline is related with curing method.Steam curing can effectively improve the early strength of SCC mixed with CFB-BA,but it is adverse to late strength growth.XRD indicates that steam curing can accelerate the reaction speed of portlandite and sealed curing is most beneficial to dissolution of anhydrite.Comparing hydration products in different curing methods by SEM,C-S-H gel,Ca(OH)2,gypsum,ettringite and anhydrite all can be found.
