摘 要:为保证综采工作面端面顶板的稳定,结合某矿综采工作面破碎顶板条件下开采的生产实际,采用理论分析与FLAC3D数值模拟计算相结合,综合分析工作面端面顶板失稳规律,提出了工作面端面顶板稳定性控制技术。分析认为,支架工作阻力对端面顶板控制影响较大,随着支架工作阻力的增大,端面顶板稳定性增强,发生冒顶概率较小;当支架工作阻力达到额定工作阻力的80%以上时,支架工作阻力的增加对端面顶板的控制作用影响减弱;当支架支护阻力达到一定工作阻力时,工作面顶板发生压剪破坏,破坏区域位于煤壁前方顶板;应合理控制支架前后工作阻力比值,比值为1~1.2时能够加强端面顶板与支架的稳定性。In order to ensure the stability of the tip-to-face roof of fully mechanized mining face,using the theoretical analysis and FLAC 3D numerical simulation,the instability law of tip-to-face roof in fully mechanized mining face was analyzed,and the tip-to-face roof control technology was proposed.The analysis shows that with the increase of the working resistance of the support,the stability of the tip-to-face is enhanced and the probability of the roof fall is smaller,when the working resistance of the support reaches more than 80%of the rated working resistance,the increase of the working resistance of the support on the roof control is weakened,when the support resistance reaches the rated working resistance,the tip-to-face roof is damaged and the failure area is located in the front of coal wall.So,the working resistance should be controlled reasonably,so as to strengthen the stability of the tip-to-face roof and the support.
