摘 要:吲哚菁绿荧光血管造影作为一种非侵袭性、简便和实用的技术应用于神经外科多个领域之中。自2003年引入神经血管外科以来,其应用范围逐步拓展。本研究通过系统性回顾,评估在传统应用范围以外,该技术在基于临时阻断、经导管动脉注射吲哚菁绿、经内镜系统采集荧光信号以及定量荧光分析等多个创新领域中方法学的应用进展,进而寻求解决当前传统造影术局限的方法。除此之外,本研究还将对文献中新方法的优缺点进行总结并对其应用前景进行讨论。Indocyanine green video angiography(ICG-VA)is a non-invasive,easy to use and very useful tool for various neurosurgical procedures.Since initially introduced in vascular neurosurgery in 2003,its applications have broadened over time,both in vascular applications and in other neurosurgical fields.We have conducted a systemic review to assess the new methodological development based on the transient occlusion,intra-arterial ICG administration via catheters,use of endoscope system with a filter to collect fluorescence of ICG,and quantitative fluorescence analysis,in comparison with conventional ICG-VA.These developments offer some possibilities for resolving the limitations of the conventional technique.Besides,we presented both advantages and disadvantages of novel techniques in published literatures and discussed its future perspectives.
