摘 要:为探讨两种抗应激添加剂对肉牛运输应激前后血清激素和细胞因子水平的影响,并为合理评价两种抗应激添加剂的应用效果提供理论依据,随机选择健康、体重和体况相近的出栏育肥牛(辽育白牛)27头,分成3组,每组9个重复,分别为对照组、处理1组和处理2组,其中对照组饲喂常规饲粮,处理1组和2组分别在饲粮中添加抗应激1号和抗应激2号,饲喂10d后,进行5h、50~60km·h^(-1)、20℃和相对湿度51%的公路运输,并分别于运输前及运输后采集试验肉牛血液,制备全血和血清,采用ELISA法检测血清激素和细胞因子浓度。结果表明:试验肉牛血清中,促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质醇(Cor.)浓度,运输前和运输后,两个处理组均极显著低于对照组(p<0.01);运输后与运输前相比,各组均升高,但不显著(p>0.05)。干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)浓度,运输后和运输前,两个处理组均极显著低于对照组(p<0.01);运输后与运输前相比,各组均升高,尤其是处理2组和对照组均极显著升高。肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度,运输后与运输前相比,各组浓度均降低(p<0.05);其中处理2组极显著高于对照组(p<0.01),而处理1组显著高于2组(p<0.05),与对照组差异不显著(p>0.05)。白细胞介素-2(IL-2)浓度,运输后与运输前相比,各组均极显著升高(p<0.01),但运输前和运输后两个处理组均较对照组极显著降低(p<0.01),且处理2组浓度极显著高于处理1组(p<0.01)。运输应激会导致试验肉牛血清中ACTH、Cor.、IFN-γ、IL-2浓度升高,TNF-α浓度降低;饲喂抗应激添加剂可在一定程度上有效缓解试验肉牛因运输应激所导致的血清中两种激素(ACTH和Cor.)和3种细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-2、TNF-α)的浓度变化,且抗应激1号抵抗运输应激的效果优于抗应激2号。The aim of this study is to explore the effects of two anti-stress additives on the levels of serum hormones and cytokines in beef cattle before and after transport,and in order to provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the effects of two anti-stress groups additives.Twenty-seven fattening Liaoyu white cattle with similar healthy,body weight and body condition,were selected randomly and assigned to control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,with nine replicates per group.The control group was fed with normal diet,and treatment group 1 and 2 were treated with anti stress of No.1 and No.2 respectively in the diet.After 10 days,road transport was carried out for 5h at 50-60km·h-1,20°C and a relative humidity of 51%.The blood of beef cattle was collected before and after transportation to prepare whole blood and serum.The concentrations of serum hormones and cytokines were detected by ELISA.In the serum of beef cattle:For corticotrophin(ACTH)and cortisol(Cor.),whether before or after transportation,the concentration of treated groups were significantly lower than that of control group(p<0.01).After transportation,all groups were higher than before transportation,but not significant(p>0.05).The concentration of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)of the two treated groups was all significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.01)whether before or after transportation.Compared with before transportation,all groups were raised(p<0.01)after transportation,especially in the treated group 2 and control group.For tumor necrosis factor?琢(TNF?琢),the concentration of each group after transportation was lower(p<0.05)compared with before transportation.After transportation,the treated group 2 was significantly higher than before that of control group(p<0.01),while the treated group 1 was higher than group 2(p<0.05),no significant difference with the control group(p>0.05).For interleukin 2(IL-2),the concentration of each group after transport was significantly higher(p<0.01)than before transport,but whether before o
