阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗急性咽扁桃体炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗急性咽扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法选取2015-07~2017-06到该院就诊的110例急性咽扁桃体炎患者为研究对象,按数字随机分配表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予阿莫西林干混悬剂治疗,观察组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗,5 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析和评价。结果观察组痊愈25例,显效20例,有效7例,无效3例。对照组痊愈10例,显效22例,有效12例,无效11例。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组在各项临床症状的缓解时间上,明显短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组用药期间的不良反应总发生率为3.64%,与对照组的7.28%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急性咽扁桃体炎的临床治疗上,选择阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片的治疗效果更加显著,可缩短患者的临床症状缓解时间,提高临床疗效,且用药安全性相对较高,患者无明显不良反应,可进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin clavulanate tablets on the treatment of acute pharyngeal tonsillitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute pharyngeal tonsillitis were enrolled in this study from July 2015 to June 2017.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with amoxicillin for suspension.The patients in the observation group were treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate tablets.Both of the two groups were treated for 10 days(5 days for a treatment course).The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results In the observation group,25 cases were cured,20 cases markedly improved,7 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective;In the control group,10 cases were cured,22 cases markedly improved,12 cases effective and 11 cases ineffective.The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The remission time of the clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant different in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group(3.64%)and the control group(7.28%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate tablets are more effective than amoxicillin for suspension in the treatment of acute pharyngeal tonsillitis.Amoxicillin and clavulanate tablets can shorten the time of clinical symptoms remission and improve the clinical treatment efficiency,and its safety is relatively high.
