摘　　要：离合器试验台的试验对象是XXX型离合器,该离合器用于将前座舱或后座舱飞行员操纵油门杆的动作传递至发动机油门;以压缩空气作为系统工作动力,通过柜体与支撑框架、试验台架及工装夹具、气压控制系统、测试与控制系统、测量用传感器等设计与制造,最终完成该离合器试验台的研制;能够满足产品的性能试验,包括位移检测试验、拉力检测试验、联动脱开检测试验、跑合试验/寿命试验。The XXX clutch is the test object of the clutch test bench,which is used to transfer the action of the aviator in the front cockpit or the back cockpit to operate the throttle rod to the engine throttle.By the designing and manufacturing cabinet and the carriage,the test bench frame and the jigs and fixtures,air pressure control system,measurement and control system and sensors,the development of then clutch test bench is accomplished.And this bench can meet the requirements of doing the performance experiments of the productions include displacement gauging test,pulling force gauging test,disengage gauging test,running-in test or lifetime test.
