若干籼型杂交稻亲本的农艺性状配合力分析

摘　　要：利用5个不育系和5个恢复系杂交配组了25个杂交组合,对亲本以及杂交组合的8个主要农艺性状进行研究与分析,探讨亲本的配合力表现。结果表明:所有考察性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达极显著水平,8个农艺性状均以基因加性效应为主,考察的多数性状受恢复系的影响要比受不育系的影响大,仅有效穗、结实率、千粒重受不育系的影响较大,但亲本基因互作对杂种一代性状的影响不容忽视。产量及其相关性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力不育系以天丰A和谷丰A较好,恢复系以南恢125、南恢5648和南恢716较好。Ten parents of three-line indica rice,including 5 sterile lines and 5 restoring lines were chosen to analyze the combining ability of 8 yield characters and related characters by the way of p X q in-complete dialyze cross(NC II)design.The results showed:both general combining ability(GCA)and specific combining ability(SCA)of all the characters tested were highly significant level;the additive variation was principal for the all of the characters.Most characters were more greatly influenced by restorer line than by sterile line,there were relatively greater effect of sterile line for the characters of effective panicle(EP),seed-setting rate(SSR),1000-grain weight(1000GW);the yield characters and related characters of GCA and SCA were greater for Tianfeng A and Gufeng A in sterile line and Nanhui125,Nanhui 5648 and Nanhui 716 in restoring lines.
