摘  要:针对实际电力系统中注入随机变量具有不确定性特征,构建综合考虑常规发电机组故障停运、负荷波动和风电出力随机不确定性的静态电压稳定概率评估方法。该方法在各个注入随机变量概率分布特征已知的前提下,通过求取静态电压稳定临界点关于系统随机参数的灵敏度矩阵,研究与静态电压稳定临界点位置密切相关的随机参数变化来确定临界点位置的随机特性,并由Gram-Charlier级数展开获得其概率分布。以IEEE39节点系统作为算例进行分析。其计算结果表明,该方法可以较好地计及系统注入随机变量不确定性对静态电压稳定的影响,并且具有较小的计算量。According to the uncertain characteristics of random variables injected into a practical power system,an as?sessment method for static voltage stability probability is proposed considering the conventional generators’fault,load fluctuation and wind power random output.Under the premise that the probability distribution of each injected random variable is known,through calculating the sensitivity matrix of static voltage stability critical point with respect to the system’s stochastic parameters,the stochastic characteristics of the critical point’s position are determined by studying the variation of random parameters which areclosely related to the position.Besides,the probability distribution is ob?tained by the expansion of Gram-Charlier series.The proposed method is tested on an IEEE 39-node system.Simulation results show that the proposed method can better reflect the influence of injected random variables on the static voltage stability,and it also has less computation load.
