摘 要:实用可靠的高压直流断路器是实现高压直流输电尤其是柔性多端高压直流输电的重要技术保证。本文阐述了机械式、固态式和混合式高压直流断路器的工作原理和优缺点。在此基础上,提出了一种基于IGBT的新型混合式高压直流断路器及其控制策略,大幅减少了IGBT的串联数量,在提高断路器切断大电流能力的同时延长了固态开关IGBT的使用寿命。通过增设RC缓冲支路,限制了开断过程中断路器两端的电压上升率。控制策略具有一定的自适应性,可以随着预测的固态开关流过的最大短路电流调整IGBT并联支路的导通个数。最后在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,验证了该方案的可行性。A practical and reliable HVDC circuit breaker is an important technical guarantee for the realization of HVDC power transmission,especially the flexible multi-terminal HVDC power transmission.In this paper,the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the mechanical,solid-state,and hybrid types of HVDC circuit breaker are illustrated.On this basis,a novel hybrid HVDC circuit breaker based on IGBT and its control strategy are put forward,which decrease the series number of IGBT substantially,reduce the breaking times of IGBT of solid-state switch,and improve the breaker’s ability of breaking heavy current.By adding the RC buffer branch,the voltage rise rate at the two terminals of the circuit breaker is limited during the breaking process.The proposed control strategy has a certain adaptability,which can adjust the conduction number of IGBT parallel branches with the predicted maximum short circuit current of solid-state switch.Finally,a simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
