摘 要:风速随机性导致风机输出功率不稳定,继而对电力系统电压稳定产生影响。同一地区相邻风电场风速变化具有相关性,进一步增大了对电力系统电压稳定的影响程度。本文提出一种相关风速产生新方法并应用于多风电场电力系统电压稳定分析,利用改进帕克-希恩(PS)算法产生相关正态变量,将概率变换到威布尔分布空间得到符合要求的风速相关性矩阵,再将所产生矩阵应用于潮流分析并进行奇异值分解,确定多风电场电力系统静态电压稳定程度。以风速相关的四风电场电力系统为例,证明了应用改进PS算法产生相关风速比传统的Cholesky方法更精确。以实际37节点电网为例,仿真分析了风速相关性对静态电压稳定的影响。The randomness of wind speed causes the output power fluctuation of wind turbine,which influences the voltage stability of power system.Furthermore,the variations of wind speeds on adjacent wind farms in the same area are related to each other,which increases the influence on the voltage stability of power system.This paper proposes a novel method of correlated wind speed generation,which is applied to analyze the voltage stability of multiple wind farm power systems.An improved Park-Shin(PS)algorithm is used to generate the correlated normal variables,and the probability is transformed to satisfy Weibull distribution so that an appropriate correlation matrix of wind speed is generated,which is further applied to the power flow analysis and singular value decomposition,then the static voltage stability of power system is analyzed.Taking a power system of wind speed correlated four-wind farm as an example,it is proved that the relevant wind speed calculated using the improved PS algorithm is more accurate than using the traditional Cholesky decomposition.The influence of correlation of wind speed on static voltage stability is simulated and analyzed by taking a practical 37-node power grid as an example.
