摘  要:采用静态分析法相平衡装置分别测量了乙烷-甲醇二元体系在273.15、280.15、287.15和294.15 K下的汽-液相平衡数据,四个温度下的汽-液相平衡数据均符合热力学一致性检验。采用带有Wong-Sandler混合规则的Peng-Robinson状态方程对实验数据进行关联,得到浅冷条件下乙烷-甲醇体系的二元交互作用参数k_(ij)为0.0187。对拟合计算结果与实验数据对比分析表明,压力的平均相对偏差为1.41%,液相摩尔组成的平均相对偏差为2.53%,拟合结果与实验数据关联良好,可以满足工程上计算与设计的需求。The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the ethane-methanol binary system were measured at 273.15 K,280.15 K,287.15 K and 294.15 K with a phase equilibrium apparatus via a static analysis method.The experimental results were matched with that of thermodynamic consistency tests and the experimental data were correlated by Peng-Robinson equation with Wong-Sandler mixing rule.The interaction parameter kij is obtained as 0.0187 at shallow-cooling temperature.The correlation and calculation results are compared with the experimental data and the average relative error of pressure and liquid mole fraction are 1.41%and 2.53%,respectively.The correlation results are consistent with the experimental data,which meet the requirement of chemical engineering design and calculation.
