摘 要:为开发西藏硫酸钠亚型盐湖—扎北盐湖中的卤水锂资源,提出盐湖联合开发—碳酸盐型卤水与扎北富锂卤水兑卤提锂的新方法。实验以扎北高锂卤水(BI)为原料,扎布耶盐田富碳酸根卤水(BII)为天然沉淀剂,在不同温度(5~90℃)及兑卤比(V_(BII)/V_(BI)=0.5~2.5)条件下进行了碳酸锂混盐的兑卤沉淀。结果表明,在V_(BII)/V_(BI)=1.75、90℃条件下进行兑卤沉淀时,锂收率82.66%,碳酸锂含量88.25%。用该法所制的碳酸锂混盐利于后续提纯,经调浆水洗、烘干研磨后可获纯度高、分散性好的碳酸锂粉末。A brine mixing method using two brines from Li-rich Zhabei Salt Lake(BI)and CO3 2?rich Zabuye Salt Lake(BII)was studied in order to extract lithium from sodium sulfate subtype brine of Zhabei Salt Lake in Tibet.Li2CO3 salts were prepared under 5~90℃and VBII/VBI=0.5~2.5 with BI as material and BII as natural precipitator.The results show that the optimum conditions are VBII/VBI=1.75 and 90℃,and the maximum lithium extraction rate and Li2CO3 content are 82.66%and 88.25%,respectively.The precipitated Li2CO3 salts can be easily purified by slurry mixing,leaching,drying and grinding to obtain Li2CO3 powder with good dispersity and higher purity.
