单孔模挤压6082铝合金棒材粗晶问题的研究

摘　　要：使用导流孔直径不同的模具对6082铝合金进行挤压,并采用不同的热处理制度对挤压出的棒材进行淬火,然后观察其宏观及微观组织。结果发现,提高变形均匀程度及改变热处理制度可减轻6082铝合金的粗晶程度。同时对粗晶层厚度随淬火温度及保温时间的变化规律做了简要总结。Macrostructure and microstructure of 6082 aluminum alloy were inspected after extruding by dies with different dimension of pocket cavity and different solution treatment.Improving deformation uniformity and changing solution treatment regime could decrease coarse grain degree of 6082 aluminum alloy.Law of coarse grain thickness changing with the quenching temperature and holding time was briefly summarized.
