摘  要:分析了熔铝炉炉衬破损的主要原因。分析表明,除了筑炉质量和操作因素(装炉、清炉,等等)外,铝液合金化过程中所使用的金属添加剂和熔炼过程中所使用的各种熔剂(包括覆盖剂、打渣剂等等)中的碱/碱土金属是加速炉衬破损的主要原因。进而提出了减缓炉衬破损并延长炉衬使用寿命的建议。The action and process flow of aluminum melting furnace in aluminum alloy melting&casting were introduced.The damage reasons of furnace lining aluminum melting furnace were analyzed.The analysis shows that the metallic additives used in the process of molten aluminum alloying and the fluxes(including covering agents,dross removing agents,and so on)used in aluminum alloy melting are the main reasons for accelerating damage of furnace lining,besides furnace construction quality and operation factors(such as furnace charging,furnace cleaning,etc.).And then some measures for slowing down the damage of furnace lining and prolonging service life of the ling were put forwards.
