摘  要:目的探讨CT血管成像(Computer tomographic angiography,CTA)联合自适应统计迭代重建技术(Adaptive statistical IR,ASIR)在冠状动脉病变患者中的应用价值。方法收集2012年2月-2016年4月我院收治的78例冠状动脉病变患者的临床资料,所有患者入院均接受CTA或CTA联合ASIR成像检查,其中38例接受常规CTA检查(A组),扫描数据采用120 k VP联合滤波反投影重建(Filtered back projection,FBP),其余40例采用CTA+ASIR技术,应用ASIR40%重建(B组),比较两组成像质量及患者有效辐射剂量。结果 B组图像质量评分为1分所占比例高于A组,其评分为2分所占比例低于A组(P<0.05);B组信噪比(Signal to noise ratio,SNR)、对比噪声比(Contrast to noise ratio,CNR)均高于A组,噪声低于A组(P<0.05);B组容积CT剂量指数(CT dose index volume,CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(Dose length product,DLP)、有效剂量(Effective dose,ED)均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 CTA联合ASIR可提高冠脉病变患者成像质量,降低患者受辐射剂量,安全可行。Objective To investigate the application value of computer tomographic angiography(CTA)combined with adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASIR)in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with coronary artery disease treated in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2016 were collected.All patients were examined with CTA or CTA combined with ASIR imaging.Among them,38 patients were examined with CTA(A group),and the scanning data were reconstructed with 120 kVP combined with filtered back projection(FBP).The other 40 patients were examined with CTA combined with ASIR and the data were reconstructed with ASIR 40%(B group).The imaging quality and effective radiation dose of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of image quality score of 1 point in B group was higher than that in A group,and the proportion of 2 points was lower than that in A group(P<0.05).The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the contrast to noise ratio(CNR)in B group were higher than those in A group,and the noise was lower than that in A group(P<0.05).The CT dose index volume(CTDIvol),dose length product(DLP)and effective dose(ED)in B group were lower than those in A group(P<0.05).Conclusion CTA combined with ASIR can improve the imaging quality of patients with coronary artery disease and reduce the radiation dose of patients,which is safe and feasible.
