电解液对软包装锂锰电池过放电安全性的影响

摘  要:软包装锂锰电池常用电解液配比溶剂为DME∶PC=1∶1,电解质LiClO_4为1 mol/L,该配方电解液在高温60℃条件下电池放电至0.2 V,储存3天后电池即出现胀气现象;常温下,电池放电至0.2 V,储存60天即出现胀气现象。在常规电解液配比中引入DOL可以有效地减缓锂锰电池过放电胀气的产生。采用溶剂配比为DME∶PC∶DOL=3∶3∶4,电池在高温60℃条件下放电至0.2 V,可储存30天;在常温下电池放电至0.2 V,可储存600天。Usually,the electrolyte solvent ratio of soft package Li/MnO2 battery is that DME∶PC=1∶1 with 1 mol/L LiClO4.When the Li/MnO2 battery with conventional electrolyte discharges to 0.2 V and stores for 3 days at 60℃,the gassing will appear,and when the Li/MnO2 battery discharges to 0.2 V and stores for 60 days at room temperature,the gassing will appear.Adding DOL into conventional electrolyte could effectively reduce the gassing.When the electrolyte solvent ratio is that DME∶PC∶DOL=3∶3∶4 and the Li/MnO2 battery discharges to 0.2 V,the battery can be stored for 30 days at 60℃;when the Li/MnO2 battery discharges to 0.2 V,the battery can be stored for 600 days at roomtemperature.
