摘  要:针对混合动力电动车车载动力电池组由于单体电池性能差异易造成电池组充电特性不一致的问题,以磷酸铁锂动力电池为研究对象,从电池恒流和恒压充电原理出发,研究了恒流恒压充电阶段电池充电容量与充电电压、充电电流及充电时间之间的关系,并从电池欧姆内阻和极化内阻的角度,分析了恒流恒压充电过程中电池充电电压及充电电流与其内阻之间的作用关系,提出了利用恒流充电截止时间作为快速筛选电池充电容量的技术参数的方法。在此基础上,对某款10 Ah的磷酸铁锂方形铝壳电池进行了充电性能的实验分析。For the inconsistent charging characteristics of the power battery due to the performance difference of single cells of hybrid electric vehicle and based on the principle of constant current and constant voltage charging,the relationship between the charging capacity of LiFePO4 power battery with charging voltage,charging current and charging time was studied in the constant voltage and current charging stage.From the viewpoint of ohmic resistance and polarization resistance,the relationship between the charging voltage and current of battery with its internal resistance was researched.The method using the constant current charging cut-off time as technical parameters of rapidly screening charging capacity of battery was proposed.On the basis,the experimental analysis of the charging performance of a 10 Ah lithiumiron phosphate prismatic aluminumshell battery was carried out.
