摘  要:采用LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2(NCA)/石墨体系并利用浓度为1.25和1.30 mol/L的六氟磷酸锂电解液,研制额定容量为4.5 Ah的功率型软包装锂离子电池。Ba tte ry Monitor软件充放电测试表明,当六氟磷酸锂的浓度为1.25 mol/L,并添加二氟苯硼酸锂电解液的电池,功率性能及循环性能较好,248 A(约55 C)放电容量为3.995 Ah,可达到5 A放电容量的84.8%,平均比功率为4 325 W/kg,500 A脉冲放电2 s实验的瞬时比功率达到8 700 W/kg。A power type of soft package lithium ion battery with rated capacity of 4.5 Ah was developed by using the LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2(NCA)/graphite system with 1.25 and 1.30 mol/L of LiPF6 electrolyte.According to the charge and discharge tests of Battery Monitor software,when the concentration of LiPF6 is 1.25 mol/L with adding two fluorine lithium borate electrolyte into battery,the power and cycle performance is better,the discharge capacity at 248 A(about 55)is 3.995 Ah which can reach 84.8%of the discharge capacity at 5 A,the average specific power is 4 325 W/kg,and the instantaneous specific power can reach 8 700 W/kg after pulse discharging for 2 s at 500 A.
