摘 要:通过简单易行的水热法,将Co_3O_4与N掺杂三维石墨烯进行复合,分别在70、80、90、100、110℃下水热反应12h制得样品。X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试表明,制得的样品为Co_3O_4与N掺杂三维石墨烯的复合材料,无其他杂质。电化学测试结果表明,在80℃下反应12 h制备的材料电化学性能最好,在电流密度为1 A/g时的比电容值为189.97 F/g,电流增大到10 A/g时,电容量保持率为76%,具有很好的倍率性能,经过500次充放电测试后,电容量保持率仍高达97.5%,且各材料内阻均小于1Ω。The composite materials of Co3O4 and N-doped three-dimensional graphene were prepared at 70,80,90,100 and 110℃for 12 h by hydrothermal method.XRD and FTIR test results show that all of the prepared materials are composite of Co3O4 and N-doped three-dimensional graphene without impurities.The electrochemical test results show that the material prepared at 80℃for 12 h has the best specific capacitance as high as 189.97 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g.The capacitance retention is 76%when the current density increases to 10 A/g.It has excellent cycling stability with 97.5%capacitance retention after 500 cycles at 1 A/g.The material resistance is less than 1Ω.
