摘 要:壳聚糖是一种具有良好生物安全性和特殊生物活性的天然多糖,与其他材料复合后可用于骨缺损修复,临床应用潜力巨大。本文介绍壳聚糖复合天然聚合物材料在骨修复领域的应用,综述壳聚糖生物活性玻璃骨修复材料的研究进展,总结人工合成聚合物、微纳米材料等与壳聚糖复合后对骨修复的促进作用,同时对其未来的发展方向和应用前景进行展望。Being a natural polysaccharide with good biocompatibility and unique bioactivity,chitosan has been shown promising potential for clinical application when used in repair of bone defects as a composite with other materials.In this paper,the application of chitosan-natural polymers composite in bone repair was introduced,research progress of bone repair materials of bioactive ceramics with chitosan was reviewed,the promotion roles of chitosan combined with artificial synthesized polymers,micro nanomaterials etc.on bone repairing were summarized,furthermore,future direction of development and application prospect of the above chitosan composite materials were looked forward.
