摘 要:采用形态学观测的方法,对124份芒果栽培种质的花序长等11个性状进行系统调查和遗传多样性分析。结果表明:在124份芒果种质中,绝大多数种质的花序着生位置是顶生花序和腋生花序共存,花序分枝级数以3级为主,花序形状大多是圆锥形,花序大多具短茸毛,花梗颜色以绿带红为主,花瓣颜色多为淡黄,花药颜色多为紫红,绝大多数芒果种质的花盘肿胀、浅裂,比子房宽大,芒果花序长度多为32~34 cm,花序宽度大多为25~27 cm,花直径大多为6.9~7.1 mm;变异分析发现,芒果花序长度和花序宽度的变异幅度相近,且大于芒果花直径的变异幅度;相关性分析表明,花序茸毛分别与花序形状和花序宽度呈显著相关,花序宽度和花序形状呈极显著相关,花序长度、花序宽度和花梗颜色三者呈极显著相关。研究显示,云南芒果种质资源的花性状具有丰富的遗传多样性,且部分性状间存在遗传连锁关系。The 11 floral properties of 124 mango cultivated germplasms were systematically investigated and analyzed by morphological observation.The results showed that the inflorescence location of mango germplasms was mostly terminal inflorescence and axillary inflorescence coexist with 3-level inflorescence branching series.The inflorescence mostly shaped in conical with short pubescence.The colors of pedicel,petals and its anthers were mainly red in green,light yellow and purple,respectively.The folwer disc of the vast majority of mango germplasm was swelling and shallow fissure,larger than the ovary.Data also indicated that the length,width of inflorescence and the flower diameter were mostly in a range of 32-34 cm,25-27 cm and 6.9-7.1 mm,respectively.Variation analysis showed that the variation range of mango inflorescence length and inflorescence width was similar,which was larger than the variation range of mango flower diameter.Correlation analysis showed that the inflorescence pubescence was significantly correlated to the inflorescence shape and inflorescence width,respectively.The inflorescence shape was very significantly correlated to the inflorescence width.There was also a significant correlation among the length and width of inflorescence and pedicel color.This study shows that the floral properties of mango germplasm resources in Yunnan province were rich in genetic diversity,and there were genetic linkage relationships among some floral properties.
