摘 要:以从云南省西双版纳州、德宏州和临沧市的5个县收集保存的风吹楠和大叶风吹楠为材料,采用便携式叶绿素仪(SPAD-502)和分光光度计测定风吹楠和大叶风吹楠叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量并进行比较分析。结果表明,风吹楠6个家系90株1 350片叶的SPAD值变幅为51.00~82.00,总叶绿素含量在6个家系间的变幅为2.11~3.75 mg/g,家系间差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);大叶风吹楠4个家系60株900片叶的SPAD值变幅为48.00~72.00,总叶绿素含量在4个家系间的变幅为1.79~2.59 mg/g,家系间差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。共10个家系150株的SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量的相关性达到显著正相关(P<0.05)或极显著正相关(P<0.01),可用便携式叶绿素仪(SPAD-502)来估测叶绿素含量。风吹楠与大叶风吹楠的SPAD值和叶绿素含量存在明显的种间差异。The Seeds of Horsfieldia amygdalina and H.kingii was collected from 5 counties of Yunnan province,and the chlorophyll contents of leaves from 10 family seedlings were tested by SPAD-502 and spectrophotometer.The results showed that the chlorophyll SPAD value of H.amygdalina ranged from 51.00 to 82.00 and total chlorophyll contents ranged from 2.11 to 3.75 mg/g.SPAD values and chlorophyll contents of H.amygdalina were significant different(P<0.01)among 6 families.The chlorophyll SPAD values of H.kingii ranged from 48.00 to 72.00 and total chlorophyll contents ranged from 1.79 to 2.59 mg/g.SPAD value and chlorophyll contents of H.kingii were significant different(P<0.01)among 4 families.According to the analysis for 150 seedlings from 10 families,the SPAD values presented significant positive correlation to the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,or total chlorophyll(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Therefore the SPAD values by SPAD-502 could estimate chlorophyll contents for the two species.The chlorophyll content presented significant difference between H.amygdalina and H.kingii.
