摘 要:针对薄基岩煤层工作面采用两柱式液压支架易出现漏顶、压架等问题,以1512(3)工作面为研究背景,采用数值计算及理论分析进行了支架选型,进行了现场工业化试验,并对支架的适应性进行了评价。结果表明:ZZ130000/24/50型四柱支撑掩护式液压支架末阻力平均利用率80.6%,能够保证工作面的安全回采,为类似条件下的工作面支架选型提供了一定的参考意义。According to the problems of leakage and ram accident during the mining of thin bedrock coal seam working face,taking the 1512(3)working face as the research background,through the numerical calculation and theoretical analysis to select the size of support,an on-site industrial test is carried out to evaluate the adaptability of the support.The result shows that:the average utilization rate of end resistance of ZZ130000/24/50 four-post shield type hydraulic support is 80.6%,which can ensure the safe recovery of working face and provide some references for the selection of face support under similar conditions.
