摘　　要：在生产中,井下刮板输送机电动机因超载或断相运行,造成绕组过热乃至烧毁,影响刮板输送机的正常运转,造成生产延误。因此,常村煤矿针对此问题进行研究,加强电动机的热保护装置的应用,降低电动机烧毁和维修率。In production practice,due to overload or operation in open phase,winding overheating and burning phenomenon emerge in endlessly in the motor of scraper conveyor under mine,affecting the normal operation of scraper conveyor,causing production delays.Therefore,Changcun Coal Mine made a study of this problem,and adopted the measure of strengthening the motor thermal protection device to reduce the motor burn down and the repair rate.
