番茄环纹斑点病毒(TZSV)侵染对辣椒防御相关物质的影响

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对番茄环纹斑点病毒(Tomato zonate spot virus,TZSV)侵染后辣椒和健康辣椒植株(CK)叶片中茉莉酸(jasmonic acid,JA)、水杨酸(jalicylic acid,SA)和茉莉酸-异亮氨酸(jasmonoyl isoleucine,JA-Ile)含量进行测定。结果表明,SA含量在TZSV侵染24、48、96、120、144、168、192、216、240 h后显著高于对照组;JA含量在TZSV侵染8、24、72、96、144、216 h后显著高于对照组;JA-Ile含量在TZSV侵染24、48、72、96、144、216 h后显著高于对照组。TZSV侵染可使辣椒SA、JA及其衍生物JA-Ile含量增加。The contents of salicylic acid(SA),jasmonic acid(JA)and jasmonoyl-isoleucine(JA-Ile)in pepper leaves between plants infected with TZSV and healthy plants(CK)were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.The results showed that the content of SA was significantly higher than CK at 24,48,96,120,144,168,192,216 and 240 h after TZSV infection.The content of JA was significantly higher than CK at 8,24,72,96,144,216 h after TZSV infection.The content of JA-Ile was also significantly higher than CK at 24,48,72,96,144,216 h after TZSV infection.The results indicated that TZSV infection could increase the contents of SA,JA and JA-Ile in pepper.
