23种马缨丹精油成分对玉米象的毒杀作用

摘　　要：为明确马缨丹精油中的杀虫活性成分,以玉米象(Sitophilus zeamais)为试虫,采用滤纸片药膜法,对23种马缨丹精油成分进行了室内活性筛选。结果表明,在剂量分别为3.5、1.4、0.7、0.35 mg/cm^2时,分别有22、16、8、4种精油成分对玉米象成虫有显著毒杀作用,72 h对玉米象的校正死亡率达100%,其中牻牛儿醇、松油烯-4-醇、(±)-莰酮和对伞花烃在0.35 mg/cm^2时,72 h对玉米象的校正死亡率达100%,具有进一步研究的价值。To clarify the toxic activities against Sitophilus zeamais,23 constituents from Lantana camara essential oil were identified in lab by filter paper film method.The results showed that after treated for 72 hours,the 22,16,8 and 4 constituents had obvious toxic effects against adult Sitophilus zeamais at the doses of 3.5,1.4,0.7 and 0.35 mg/cm 2,respectively,and the corrected mortalities were 100%.Among them,the corrected mortalities of geraniol,terpinen-4-ol,(±)-camphor and p-cymene reached 100%at the dose of 0.35 mg/cm 2 after 72 hours,which had the further research values.
