摘 要:以山麻鸭为试验对象,研究在笼养条件下不同的采精频率对精液品质的影响及稀释液种类、输精量和输精间隔对山麻鸭受精率和孵化率的影响。选用山麻鸭公鸭30羽双笼饲养,随机平均分成3组,每组10羽,分别按间隔0 d、1 d(即次日、隔日采精),2 d采精,每组共采集4次精液并进行品质鉴定分析。母鸭384羽双笼饲养,随机分成6个试验组,每小组64羽,在得出最佳公鸭采精频率的基础上,采用不同的稀释液与输精量:原精液(0.01 m L、0.02 m L)、生理盐水和稀释液III(10倍稀释,输精量:0.1 m L、0.2 m L),间隔3 d输精,得出最佳的稀释液与输精量。再设计以输精间隔2,3,4,5,6,7 d为参数,探究最佳的输精间隔。结果表明:采精频率为间隔2 d时,可获得较好的精液品质。在进行授精时,使用生理盐水10倍稀释精液,输精量0.1 m L/羽,间隔3 d输精的情况下可获得最优的受精率和孵化率。由此可见,笼养山麻鸭最佳的采精频率为间隔2 d,且可采用生理盐水10倍稀释、输精量0.1 m L/羽、间隔3 d授精的输精参数。The effects of different semen collection frequencies on semen quality and the effects of dilution type,volume of semen and insemination interval on fertilization rate and hatching rate of Shanma duck were studied in this experiment.30 drakes were randomly divided into three groups,10 for each group,semen was collected at the intervals of 0 day,1 day(the next day,every other day)and 2 days,semen was collected four times from each group and the semen quality was analyzed.384 female ducks were randomly divided into six experimental groups,64 for each group.On the basis of the best semen collection frequency of male ducks,different dilutions and different amounts of semen were used:the original semen(0.01 mL,0.02 mL),saline and dilution III(10 times dilution,amounts of semen:0.1 mL,0.2 mL),insemination was carried once every 3 days,the best dilution and volume of semen were obtained.And then the insemination intervals of 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 days were designed for the experimental parameters to explore the best insemination interval.The results showed that good semen quality could be obtained when the semen collection frequency was every 2 days.In the case of insemination,semen diluted with saline by 10 times,0.1 mL of semen per head,frequency of every 3 days could get a best fertilization rate and hatching rate.It can be concluded that,for cage-rearing Shanma duck,the optimal frequency of semen collection is every two days,And the best dilution for semen is 10 times of saline,the best volume of semen was 0.1 mL per head,and the best in semination frequency is once every 3 days.
